If something isn't right, we'll help. These terms match our official refund policy exactly.

30-day returns

You may return an item within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days we're unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Condition requirements

Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging. Items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of use are not eligible for return. Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund timing

Once we receive and inspect your return we'll email you to confirm receipt and tell you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. If you haven't seen it after 10 business days, contact us.
